We are beyond excited to announce our new Architectural Review feature located within your TownSQ home management system.

With this new feature you can now submit your Architectural project’s with ease. No more emails and phone calls, fumbling to insure you dotted all the I’s and crossed the T’s. The feature will provide you with a fillable form allowing you to enter all your information quick and easy, and once submitted, you can even see the status of your request as it goes through the voting process.

To access this feature, please login to your community portal and select the Architectural Review feature on the left-hand side. From there, select “Submit Project” and fill in the necessary fields. You will even notice the ability to upload any files or pictures you may have! And a reminder, once you submit your project, simply log back in to see the status of your request in real time, anytime!

Take your time, explore, and don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance with this new feature to insure your next home project, is the smoothest one yet!
